The only way to make it the default player/handler for audio/video files is manually locate those multimedia files and right click them. Select Open With then choose ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre from the list. If it isn't there, click on Browse, then select the .exe file for ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre. You can do this for all the common video files you have on your computer.
